This study adopts questionnaire survey, and samples are from San Chung Land Office of Taipei County. The research results indicate that, different sexes and education background have significant differences in terms of awareness about information ethics, among them, females are higher, that is, female employees have a better idea about information ethics in work than male employees; people with higher education are better in accepting the fact of misusing official IT facilities (software and hardware) comparing with these of lower education, and relatively worse in their awareness about information ethics. E-government performance is significantly correlated with government employees’ information ethics. Managers’ and colleagues’ behavior also have significantly correlated explanation and disturbance on government employees’ awareness about information ethics. The analysis results of data have another indication that managers’ behavior is positively correlated with the awareness about information ethics, and colleagues’ behaviors also have positive influence on all team members’ perception about information ethics.
