The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between visitors’ recreational motivation and their satisfaction. A survey is conducted for this study, Wu-san-to Reservoir scenic area are sampled as the research subjects. The instrument of the survey is “the scale of visitors’ recreational motivation and satisfaction at the Wu-san-to Reservoir scenic area.” Then, I.P.A. is applied to show the relationship between visitors’ expectation and their satisfaction.
