Although the regulations of urban renovation and its subordinate laws have ruled item by item, they're still not in reality good enough to serve as the base when we proceed renovation. Therefore, the purpose of the research is, for the reference of every city and county, drawing up strategies for the designation and handling of urban renovation areas.
