The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of working time reduction on human resource management and the possible actions in the industries (employers). The employers in Wu-Ku industrial park responded to a questionnaire using empirical survey from April 5th 2001 to April 18th 2001, and 69 of the responses are exploitable.
