Health promotion plans will be adopted by goverment of every country in the world in the future when the goverment setinto action for healthy people. Among these plans, physical action and health related physical fitness will be
important ways for health promotion and disease prevention. The motive of this study was to understand that how people improved their health by way of regular exercise in their lives. The purpose of this study was to explore the participation in exercise on the study objects and to compare the difference in exercise participation degree, exercise health belief and exercise self- efficacy between different background, and to research into the degree that exercise health belief and exercise self efficacy affected participation behavior in exercise.
