The topic of this research is how to assess and mend strongly the school buildings of middle and primary school. Firstly, reviewing the documents about earthquake shaking bearing capacity and the present practice of shaking bearing capacity assessing in Taiwan; Secondly, introducing the actual project of Zhongshan Primary School of Panchiao City of Taipei Hsien.
