The aim of the study is to investigate the factors related to measle's unvaccination. Based on Rosenstock's "Health Belief Model", a survey was conducted from December 1997 to February 1998 to examine the status of measles vaccination in Pan-Chiao city for infants aged 12 months to 18 months. Of the total 3179 cases, 636 cases were unvaccinated and 2543 cases were vaccinated. Of the 792 valid samples, 141 cases were unvaccinated and 651 cases were vaccinated.
