The study subjects are the web-site users who were seeking regular Health Examination and its related information from Internet. The website was under homepage of Center for Health Examination in Lin-Ko, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and the subjects were considering the same unit as a place for their future health check-up. The samples were recruited from two major sources: 1) using the constructed website with the questionnaire information completed subjects (network customer); 2) using conventional ways to make an health examination appointment such as via phone calls(conventional customers). The study period was set as 4 weeks and a density- sampling scheme was used to collect subjects from both sources.
