The purpose of this research is to investigate teachers’ attitudes and difficulties toward the application of community ancient monument resources (ACAMR) to elementary and junior high school education; attainable solutions to related issues are then proposed. Recommendations in four facets are then offered: First of all, in terms of the school administration: schools should recruit volunteers… Second, in the aspect of teaching: teachers are expected to self-design the curriculum… Third, for the parents: parents are welcomed to serve as volunteers to exercise activities of ACAMR…Last, suggestions for the administrative department of ancient monument resources in the community: central government are required to put more emphasis on local cultural properties and ancient monument resources…
