By comparing the course structure and analyzing students' characteristics between comprehensive high school, high school and MIS (Managerial Information System) department in the vocation school, the main purpose of this research is to find out students' profession development difficulties and requests in information application program and further design an appropriate counseling plan. In order to achieve the goal we defined, there are some methods applied such as data analysis, interview and observation to construct the theory foundation .We collected critical information about profession development difficulties and requests that may affect students and designed career counseling plan.
