Information quality should be one of the most important concerns of government websites. With the above understanding, this study explored website evaluation criteria by adding information quality issues into account. Furthermore, the technology acceptance model (TAM) was introduced to measure the users’ real perceptions by means of usefulness and ease of use constructs.
