This thesis observed the practicable of the rewards from development and investment is supposed to be the condition precedent of the private participation renewal.
This thesis starts from the point of the Taiwan's renewal history and self-criticize the work of renewal now and past. It also tries to comprehend hoe the develope regard the renewal markets. Then, it discusses the renewal law system currently in effect, and verifies the system and the development system each other. Besides, it self-criticize the gain and loss of nowadays system and the effects on the developers.
