Although the advocating of Urban Regeneration in Taiwan may trace back early to as Taipei City government apply the "Chun-Haw Mall Reconstruction Program" in year 1959, not until the "Urban Regeneration regulation" initiated in November 11, 1998, the Urban Regeneration in Taiwan is being legislated.
