The purpose of this study was to explore the needs of foreign spouses who study at the elementary supplementary school and whether the process of the literacy education could fulfill their needs or not at Wan-Hua District, Taipei City. For accomplishing the purpose of this study, the researcher applied questionnaire survey and interview as research methods. Foreign spouses who study at elementary supplementary schools at Wan-Hua District, Taipei City were sampled. Various statistic and qualitative research methods were used.
