In addition to the original natural ecology, the most value of urban environment is the historical property. Limited in urban environmental resource to satisfy with boundless desire for people naturally is not a simple thing. Therefore, how to use eco-cultural and science-technics civilized environmental symbiosis in new science-technics civilized environment coexist with original eco-cultural environment are the motivations and purposes of the study. The principal aspect is to bring up the environmental system of historical district by means of sorting out phenomenon in existence and case study. The environmental system of historical district includes eco-cultural environment and science-technics civilized environment and symbiotic environment. The objective is based on symbiotic environment to bring up the regeneration aspect of eco-cultural environment and science-technics civilized environment of historical district. I also bring up the technique of regeneration of the historical district of The Lung-Shan Temple in Wan-hua district to be the future aspect.
