The purpose of this study is to call attention for our people and also for the authorities of the government to pay attention to the importance of protection and security measures.
The subject of this study is to find out "native" calamity prevention index, basic parameters, so as to establish a evaluation system in a city area, in order to establish both evaluation mode of practice functions and basic norm in city areas. Space structures studies suggested that the equal evaluation ranks can be offered to show both advantages and disadvantages of the protection functions in Taipei representative districts. Otherwise, the needs of the preparation against disasters can be strengthened and adjusted for being the basic of majority participation, periodical examinations of current city planing, and the considerations of the latest city security programs. |
